- Recruitment of Business Development Associate anywhere in the country
- Opening of franchise/institute and other programmes of the company
- To help in the brand building of the company
- To monitor overall quality education and service standards of the company
- To prevent malpractices and misconduct among agents,people and within the institute/franchise introduced by him
- To implement and maintain standard parameters
- To provide training and support to the business development associate
- To do only our business from the said premises
