Batch & Centre Transfer Procedure

As per the rules and regulations of the organization, a student can enroll him/herself in any of the institute, any where in the country as per his/her choice. Student buying an application and prospectus from one particular centre has the right to enroll him/herself in any other centre that he/she desires of the organization. At the time of the enrollment, he/she has to specify his/her timings for the course, which will be allotted as per availability. If, due to some unavoidable circumstances, any student fails to attend regular classes, he/she should be transferred to another batch. No transfer fee should be charged in this regard. In case if a student wants to join another institute of our organization, somewhere else. He/she should send an application to the director of our organization and the centre director stating the place where he/she wishes to study.

For centre transfer, a student has to pay Rs 250/-, this fee should be deposited to the new centre with complete details. The concerned student shall only attend his/her theory and lab classes in the new centre. For the term and final exam, he/ she has to come to the previous centre only.
